Jo Ann Petric

JO ANN PETRIC, age 73; cherished daughter of the late Mary (nee Mlakar) and Joseph Petric; dearest sister of the late Joseph; dear cousin of Paula, Debra, Laura, Allen, Gregory, Robert, Leigh-Ann, David and Leslie.

Jo Ann was born on October 2, 1952 in Cleveland. She attended St. Christine School and graduated from Villa Angela High School in 1970. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake and St. Vitus Churches.

She was an avid reader and loved the challenge of crossword puzzles. She expressed her creative side through sewing and gardening.

Jo Ann was a quiet and reserved person who was very private but she had a wonderful sense of humor.

She was deeply devoted to her faith and family and will be missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Jo Ann to St. Vitus Building Fund. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at St. Vitus Catholic Church, 6019 Lausche Ave, Cleveland at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.
