Marlene Campagna

Marlene Campagna was preceded in death by her husband Joe, her parents Albert and Mary Saletel, her brother John Saletel, his husband Doug Gilbert, and her son Joe.

She leaves behind her daughter Cristina, Cristina's husband Alex, her daughter-in-law Karolyn, and her grandchildren Nick and Kim.

She was a bright beacon of light and love, radiating joy and kindness. A lifelong liberal, she pushed forward for a better tomorrow, planting trees whose shade she would never feel nor see.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Summit County, or, perhaps even better, consider rescuing a dog from a local shelter. No judgment either way. But knowing Marlene, she'd probably rescue the dog.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Marlene at DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Friday, August 28, 2026, from 11AM - 12 Noon.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place Friday, August 28, 2026, at 12 Noon.
